Order Cancellation - *Important*
- Our orders are produced on demand by 3rd party factories, our intention is to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. For orders that are placed after 4 hours have passed, any changes requested after we cannot guarantee in any form that this will be implemented. Please message us immediately via email at support@crankymonter.net and we will process your request as soon as possible and let you know if we were able to update your order accordingly.
- CrankyMonster.net is committed to providing our customers with excellent products, service and support. We understand that customers have many options when it comes to purchasing online, and we appreciate your order! Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
- Due to the nature of our services we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. We require you to provide us with an accurate address when placing an order.
- If you contact us during the night or over the weekends we may not be able to see it until the next business day.
- CrankyMonster.net is not responsible to reship or replace an order at no charge if an incorrect address has been provided.
Processing and Shipping
- Please note that most products are being processed and shipped separately. If you have multiple products ordered, these orders will ship from multiple locations (depending on stock availability and other factors) to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.
- All of our products are custom made and produced at time of order. Please note the average processing time for the majority of our products is 3-5 business days. 7-10 business days for the rest of the product or can take more time depending on the product that may have longer times to process. If there is any stock issue we will notify you the soonest we can.
- Please note, with any products shipping from the UK to the US there will be a latency between receiving the tracking information being sent and the customer seeing actual movement from the USPS
- For products to be delivered quickly from the UK and keep shipping costs down is that the UK factory prepares USPS shipping labels as the items are produced and then ships over a large batch of orders via FedEx daily to a US facility where they get handed over to the US Postal Service. This is typically 5 business day " Pre-Shipment" latency between the tracking number being issued and movement on the package actually showing so don’t be worried if you don’t see anything happening. Allow time for tracking details to show up on the whereabouts of the parcel.
- Once the package gets handed over to the USPS it generally delivers in 3-5 days throughout the US.
- Processing and shipping times are varied and can be delayed by production schedules. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible but during holiday times it cannot be avoided.
- During peak seasons & holidays deliveries may take longer than normal; we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible.
- All products quoted are based on averages and approximations. We do not guarantee any delivery times.
- If the package is returned to us due to a wrong address being provided including but not limited to missing apartment #, wrong postal code, missing street #, etc. customers will need to pay for a re-shipping charge to match the costs on the original order. There are times the package just goes missing when rejected for a wrong address and CrankyMonster.net is not held responsible to replace these packages. Payment for re-ship needs to be submitted via PayPal to crankymonster26@gmail.com and the amount will be confirmed via email. Just make sure to label the payment properly to match the order ID
- We are committed to providing you the best service possible. If your order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, we will notify you immediately and do everything possible to fix it. We will not be responsible for a new shipping charge or offer a refund. Once an order is shipped, CrankyMonster.net has no control over where it goes and cannot guarantee any changes will be made.
- Please note we cannot be responsible for customs delays.
- We are committed to getting your shipment delivered on time and in a timely manner. However, there are situations which are beyond our control; the like of, weather conditions, postal delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or natural disasters that can delay your package. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by such events.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- We are currently accepting payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
- Payments are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars) by default, and captured upon order placement. The user has the ability to checkout in many international currencies as well via a dropdown menu at the upper right of the home page.
- Where we Ship
- CrankyMonster Ships Internationally to over 150 countries typically via the U.S. Postal Service International Mail and their affiliates. Mainly for the UK and EU we use Royal Mail.
- Our Standard Shipping is the United States Postal Service (USPS) in partnership with DHL ECommerce, and typically any orders on product shipping from within the United States will arrive to the end consumer once shipped in 7-10 business days. By choosing expedited shipping, you will cut off a few days from the standard rate.
- crankymonster.net ships Internationally to over 150 countries via either the US Postal Service (USPS), DHL Express, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail or the FedEx International Mail System (FIMS). All carriers deliver to your local Customs agency and will be delivered by your local postal service.
- International deliveries can take up to 30 days although most are average about 2 weeks. We have no control of ship times once we've shipped the items. Delivery to Canada very often will average 45 days and take as long as 60 days to deliver.
- When shipping from the U.S. to Canada and the U.K. tracking will stop once the shipment has arrived at Canadian customs. This has nothing to do with Cranky Monster but of local postal system processes and is out of our control. When shipping to most other countries tracking will stop upon exporting from the U.S.
- UK listings are only trackable to U.S. and UK, all other orders are provided with a Royal Mail reference # but they are not trackable.

- Orders shipping to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico and Russia can often arrive within a month. If you purchase our products from outside of these countries and are concerned about delivery, we suggest ordering our products at least two months in advance. The Russian Federation and Venezuela require additional preparation of your order (including Customs processing) before it will be shipped out. We cannot ship out orders before they have cleared Customs in each country.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No.
Q: I haven’t received my order. Who should I contact?
A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you think your order is missing, email us at support@crankymonster.net
Q: Why isn't the tracking number on the courier website not being recognized?
A: Your tracking number won't be recognized for 24 to 48 hours after your order has shipped. This is due to the time it takes the tracking number to update, so please check again on the next day for details. If it's peak season or during holidays, don't stress! Latency to track packages is inevitable and we are not responsible for any shipping delays.
On international shipments once it reaches the country of destination we will no longer have further ways to track a parcel once a package makes it through your local customs office. For Canada specifically when a package makes it to Canada there are no tracking updates offered by the Canadian postal system.
Q:If there is something wrong with my order are you going to notify me?
A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current and you have space to receive emails and won't bounce back. Send it over to support@crankymonster.net
International Shipping
- International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days but can take up to 30 days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
- Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
- Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.

Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. There might be some countries that may not be available for some unforeseen reason.
Q: Why does International shipping cost more?
A: Your package is tracked and insured and we are charged more by the postal agencies. Although crankymonster.net does not charge a handling fee, there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.
Q: How much does it cost for International shipping?
A: Your shipping cost will be determined online by the item ordered, where its shipping from and the costs we are charged by the carriers.

Q: What are my International shipping options?
A: United States Postal Service (USPS) is the preferred shipping method for crankymonster.net. Please note that we do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders.
Q: How long does it take for International parcel to arrive?

Q: Are there any other charges, such as taxes or duties?
A: It is important to know that you may be subjected to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor crankymonster.net can be held liable for any additional charges may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you.Crankmonster.net has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Crankymonster.net, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each International order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.
